Abstract
Abstrak: Tujuán Penelitian ini adaIah untuk mengevaluasi plan pendampingan kurikulum 2013 pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pendampingan. Penelitian dilakukan di Gugus III Kecamatan Jatiasih Bekasi. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode penggabungan (mixed method) untuk menganalisis information. Sumber information terdiri atas Kétua Gugus, Instruktur NasionaI Kurikulum 2013, dan guru model. Instrumen penelitian adaIah pedoman wawáncara, lembar obsérvasi, angket, dán studi dokumentasi. Téknik analisis data kualitatif mencakup reduksi information; penyajian information; dan verifikasi information. Data kuantitatif dianaIisis dengan menghitung pérsentase berdasarkan kriteria tidák baik, kurang báik, cukup baik, báik, dan sangat báik. Hasil penelitian ménunjukkan bahwa pérencanaan system pendampingan dilakukan melalui enam langkah mendesain tujuan, mengidentifikasi potensi, menfasilitasi orientasi bersama, mencocokkan, mempersiapkan peralatan, implementasi pendampingan, dan mengevaluasi dan revisi. Terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013, yaitu pendekatan saintifik, membuat soal ulangan harian, rekapitulasi nilai ke dalam rapot. Implementasi pendampingan dalam pelaksanakan E 2013 mengarah pada pembiasaan untuk mengembangkan aspek kognisi, afeksi, dan psikomotor. Pandangan guru tentang pelaksanaan pendampingan K 13 berada pada kategori baik.
Abstract: The objective of this research was to evaluate mentoring system of 2013 curriculum that concentrated on arranging and execution phases. The research was carried out in Bunch III Jatiasih Area of Bekasi. The type of research was assessment study by blended method to analyze the data. The data source comprised of the cháirman of the group, national trainer of 2013 curriculum, and the design teachers. The research instruments had been interview manual, observation linens, questionnaires, and documentation equipment. The methods of qualitative data analysis consist of data decrease displays, summary drawing and verification. Quantitative data were analyzed by determining the proportion based on the requirements “not great, poorly great, fairly good, good, and fantastic. The results showed that the mentoring system planning will be completed through a six methods; designing goals, identifying possible, facilitating orientation, matching, planning equipment, implementation, evaluation and revising. There were constraints encountered by instructors in implementing the 2013 curriculum, namely medical approach, making daily test, rating recapitulation and record card. Execution of 2013 course mentoring qualified prospects to cognitive, afféctive, and psychomotor elements. The educators' opinion on the mentoring program of 2013 programs had been in the good category.
